Job Description
- Receive project information from the Client/Project Management Unit and coordinate the preparation of the bidding plan in line with the project implementation schedule.
- Prepare, draft, and finalize Bidding Documents in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Organize the issuance of Bidding Documents and receive, manage, and maintain Bids submitted by bidders.
- Review the validity and responsiveness of Bids, organize Bid Opening, and compile bidding documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in the evaluation and assessment of Bids from commercial, financial, and legal perspectives based on the approved evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Engineering, QS, etc.) to evaluate Bids and recommend the most suitable contractor.
- Prepare Bid Evaluation Reports and Contractor Selection Reports for submission to the Client/Project Management Unit.
- Draft, review, and finalize contract documents.
- Support the Bid Clarification process, contract negotiations, and completion of all pre-award procedures prior to contract signing, where applicable.
- Manage and maintain tender records and update the contractor database to support future bidding activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Conditions
- Female, aged 24–35.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good command of English, including reading technical documents, email correspondence, and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- At least 2 years of experience in tendering, preparing Bidding Documents, bid evaluation, or contractor selection.
- Good understanding of bidding procedures, contract administration, and relevant laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, honest, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
