Job Description
- Review shop drawings for MEPF systems submitted by Contractors for industrial projects.
- Supervise the installation and construction of MEPF systems for industrial projects, including Electrical, HVAC & Ventilation, Fire Protection, Gas, Steam, Water Supply, and Drainage systems.
- Verify and certify the actual work quantities completed by the Contractor on a monthly basis or at designated project milestones.
- Report directly to the Chief Construction Supervision Engineer.
- Perform other duties relevant to the assigned discipline as requested by the direct supervisor.
Required Conditions
- Male, aged 25 or above, in good health.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supervising MEPF systems for industrial construction projects.
- Holder of a valid Construction Practicing Certificate for Supervision of Equipment Installation Works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Able to work independently, proactive, adaptable, capable of working under pressure, and demonstrate integrity, objectivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Work location: Project sites across Southern Vietnam.
- English: Basic communication and reading comprehension.
