Job Description
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on limited project information to assess the project scale and feasibility.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates based on completed design drawings using either market unit rates or government cost norms, as applicable.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate tender submissions, and recommend contractor selection in accordance with the Client's evaluation criteria.
- Proactively coordinate with other technical disciplines to ensure the accuracy of project documentation and compliance with project schedules.
- Collaborate with team members within the department to complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining the required quality standards.
Required Conditions
- Male or Female, aged between 24 and 32.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation. Experience with industrial projects is preferred. Previous experience with a design consulting company and knowledge of preparing cost estimates in accordance with Vietnamese government cost norms are advantages.
- Careful, diligent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Experience with G8 Cost Estimation Software and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Work location: Company's office in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Thu Duc City).
