Third prize in The Vietnam Industrial Architecture Award
On September 20th, SEAS Project Consultants proudly won third place at the Vietnam Industrial Architecture Award 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City. Organized by NS BlueScope Vietnam and the University of Architecture HCM City (UAH), the award celebrates top-quality industrial projects across Vietnam. Competing against 33 impressive entries from 15 leading design firms in 18 provinces, SEAS was honored to be recognized as one of the top 8 outstanding projects.
About the Award-Winning Project: SLP Park Xuyen A Warehouse
The recognized project, SLP Park Xuyen A Ready-Built Warehouse, is located in Long An province and covers a total area of 90,158 m². SEAS Project Consultants was responsible for the engineering aspects, including basic design, technical design, issue for construction, and tender and permit support. The project successfully blends modern design with practical functionality, making it a standout example of quality industrial architecture. More notably, the SLP Park Xuyen A Ready-Built Warehouse is Vietnam’s first-ever two-story facility equipped with a loading ramp. SEAS is honored to be the design consultant, ensuring the project’s success and bringing this pioneering and exciting concept to life.
