On the morning of July 7, 2026, Vietnam Lubricants and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (Vilube) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Vilube 2 Factory Project at Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
The ceremony marked an important milestone in the project’s implementation, officially commencing the construction phase and advancing Vilube’s vision of developing a modern manufacturing facility to enhance its production capacity and strengthen its supply capabilities.
In this project, SEAS is honored to serve as the Construction Supervision Consultant, working closely with the Owner to oversee quality, construction progress, and site safety while ensuring that the project is executed in full compliance with technical requirements and applicable standards.
