On the morning of November 13, 2025, SEAS was honored to participate in the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) Manufacturing Factory Project, held at VSIP 1 Industrial Park, Binh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. More than just a new investment, the project represents Stanley Black & Decker’s strategic vision for long-term growth, with a total investment of VND 260 billion on a 15,000 m² site.
As the Design Review Consultant, SEAS is responsible for design verification, evaluation, and review throughout the project. Backed by over 23 years of experience in industrial design consulting and extensive expertise in manufacturing facility projects, our team of highly qualified architects and engineers is committed to delivering optimized, sustainable, and efficient design solutions that align with the Client’s long-term development objectives.
The groundbreaking ceremony marks not only the official commencement of the construction phase but also the beginning of a journey toward realizing a modern manufacturing facility where technology, quality, and innovation come together to create long-term value. The project is expected to contribute significantly to the advancement of Vietnam’s manufacturing industry while strengthening regional production capabilities.
