HR & ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an HR & Administrative Specialist responsible for supporting the development of organizational structures, KPI systems, and preparing documentation for the Company’s operations. This role also assists with administrative and office operations when required.


Job Description

- Participate in developing organizational structure plans aligned with the Company’s strategic direction.

- Collaborate with departments to build and implement KPI systems for positions and teams.

- Monitor, compile, and update periodic KPI evaluation results.

- Support reviewing and proposing improvements to management processes and performance evaluation systems.

- Prepare and track licensing and legal documents related to Company operations as assigned.

- Assist with administrative procedures and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.

- Draft and manage administrative documents, decisions, and internal announcements.

- Support receptionist duties: welcoming guests, receiving and organizing letters and documents.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.


Required Conditions

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administration, Law, or related fields.

- 2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or documentation/procedural roles.

- Knowledge of KPI systems or performance management is an advantage.

- Strong skills in information synthesis, documentation, and file management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Careful, responsible, and able to work well in coordination with others.
