On September 11, 2024, SEAS Project Consultants participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for Accredo Asia’s warehouse expansion at VSIP II- A industrial park, Binh Duong province. The event brought together representatives from Accredo Asia, SEAS, AZB (the main contractor), and various other partners and employees to mark the start of an important project.
Accredo Asia, a member of the API Group – one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the industrial packaging sector – brings over 30 years of expertise to its operations. At its Binh Duong facility, the company primarily produces industrial plastic packaging products. The 7,000 m2 warehouse expansion will increase its production capacity to meet the rising demand for high-quality packaging solutions.
SEAS is proud to be entrusted with providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services for this pivotal project. Throughout the design phase, SEAS worked closely with Accredo Asia, guiding the project from concept development to detailed design. Additionally, SEAS facilitated the tender process, ensuring that the most qualified contractor was chosen to execute the construction.
Now that construction has officially begun, SEAS will continue its role as the trusted partner overseeing the entire construction phase on behalf of Accredo Asia. Our team of construction managers will work in close collaboration with AZB to ensure that all safety standards are met, costs remain under control, and the project proceeds according to the established timeline.
