On October 11–12, 2025, the SEAS family enjoyed a meaningful and fulfilling trip through the Team Building 2025 program, held to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of the company — a proud milestone in its journey of growth and maturity. With the slogan “Together We Grow and Succeed,” all SEAS employees shared a memorable experience at La Ngà Fish Hill Ecolodge.
With the slogan “Together We Grow and Succeed,” the Team Building 2025 program was not only an opportunity for everyone to rest and relax but also a chance for each member to better understand, appreciate, bond with, and accompany one another on the company’s journey of growth and development.
During the two-day event, an energetic and vibrant atmosphere filled La Ngà Fish Hill Ecolodge. Each team demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, and unity through a series of team-building activities designed to strengthen connection and teamwork skills. These engaging games not only fostered collective spirit, coordination, and mutual understanding among members but also brought countless moments of laughter, joy, and even emotion as everyone strived together, cheered one another on, and shared in the victories.
Team Puzzle Challenge – where each group had to work together to overcome intellectual challenges, understand one another, and find the shared solution.
Pass the Ring – Overcoming Limits – a challenge requiring the entire team to move flexibly and coordinate seamlessly to pass the ring through each person without letting go of each other’s hands.
Capture the Flag – an exciting competition showcasing teamwork, strategy, speed, and strength.
Bridge Building – Connecting to Success – a game that requires creativity, skill, and seamless coordination to construct a symbolic “bridge,” representing the team’s steady journey together.
Company Logo Puzzle – where team members work together to complete the brand image, reinforcing the spirit that “each individual is an indispensable piece of collective success.”
Not only were there team-building games, but the free-play activities also brought a lively atmosphere with fun, creative, and energetic experiences. Everyone put aside their daily work, immersed themselves in nature, leaving only laughter and the spirit of “we are one.”
On the evening of October 11, the program continued with an outdoor BBQ party by the shimmering waters of La Ngà Lake. Amid the gentle music and the enticing aroma of grilled dishes, everyone raised their glasses to celebrate 23 years since the company’s founding — 23 years of effort, creativity, and continuous striving for excellence.
The party atmosphere grew even warmer with musical performances, stage games, heartfelt sharing, and sincere congratulations from the Board of Directors to all employees. These memorable moments sparked pride and strengthened the bond among every member of the SEAS family.
Team Building 2025 was more than just an event – it was a journey that connected hearts, proving that success doesn’t come from a single individual but from the strength of the entire team. It became an emotional journey — a place where each person was inspired, where the spirit of unity was ignited, and where everyone realized: “A team is truly strong only when we share together, strive together, and grow together.”
