On the morning of September 30, 2025, at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park (Canh Vinh Commune, Gia Lai Province), INDUS Coffee (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of its Freeze-Dry Coffee Plant Project. The event was attended by SEAS Project Consultants Co., Ltd., along with representatives of partners, customers, and businesses in the coffee industry.
The ceremony marked an important milestone in the process of constructing a modern, large-scale facility with strategic significance for Vietnam’s coffee industry.
The Freeze-Dry Coffee Plant Project will be built on a land area of more than 71,051 m², with a total investment capital of over VND 2,000 billion. This is one of the key projects in INDUS Coffee’s strategy to develop its coffee value chain, aiming to produce high-quality coffee products to meet both domestic consumption and international export markets.
In this project, SEAS Project Consultants Co., Ltd. is honored to be entrusted by the Investor as the overall design consultant, covering master planning, architectural design, structural, MEP, technical infrastructure, auxiliary systems, and permit application. With more than 23 years of experience in industrial design and extensive expertise in coffee factory projects, along with a team of highly skilled architects and engineers, SEAS is committed to delivering optimal, sustainable, and efficient design solutions that align with the Investor’s long-term vision.
According to the plan, the Freeze-Dry Coffee Plant Project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the second quarter of 2027. Once operational, the plant will become a leading center for freeze-dried coffee production and processing in the region, contributing to strengthening Vietnam’s position on the global coffee map.
