Job Description
- Conduct site surveys for industrial projects and gather client design requirements
- Propose suitable design concepts for the project
- Develop conceptual designs, perspective drawings, and layout plans
- Prepare schematic design and detailed technical drawings
- Attend design meetings with clients and present design solutions
- Coordinate closely with structural and MEP engineers to ensure an integrated design
Required Conditions
- Aged 28–32
-Graduated from a full-time university program majoring in Architectural Engineering
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Lumion, and other design software
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- English: Able to understand technical documents and communicate at a basic level
- Work schedule: 5 days/week at the company office in An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City
